2 cups flour
2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
blend dry ingredients together, then add:
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 Tbs oil (or applesauce)
3 tsp vanilla
Cut back the milk for thicker pancakes or waffles. Top with homemade syrup. Yum!
